Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Instrumentation Specialist, you will lead the site calibration program and represent during audits.
* Manage site instrumentation systems, including calibration, troubleshooting, upgrades, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
* Analyse predictive monitoring data to drive follow-up actions and improve overall reliability.
* Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job plans, and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) data to streamline operations.
Additionally, you will provide technical support, training, and guidance to maintenance teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Other key responsibilities include leading continuous improvement initiatives in reliability and compliance, managing spare parts and inventory for critical equipment, and ensuring that reliability strategies align with global standards.
You will also be responsible for maintaining strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as providing regular technical reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent qualification.
* At least 5 years of experience in maintenance/engineering, preferably in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals.
* Strong knowledge of EU directives and international standards related to instrumentation and safety.
* Expertise in troubleshooting, calibration systems, and equipment reliability.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
