Delivering exceptional care to those who need it most is a highly rewarding experience, and we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team.

The role of Registered Nurse in our Learning Disability services is a vital position within our mission to provide outstanding care and support. As a leader in this field, you will play a key part in managing the care of our residents and providing high-quality, person-centred care.


Main Responsibilities:

* Delivering Person-Centred Care: Our residents require tailored care plans that cater to their unique needs and preferences. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care that prioritises their physical and emotional well-being.
* Assessing and Monitoring Health: You will assess and monitor the physical health of our residents, ensuring all CPA and risk assessment documentation is up to date.
* Supporting Colleagues: In addition to managing shifts, you will also offer support and supervision to our care staff or new recruits.
* Effective Communication: You will ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to resident care, maintaining open lines of communication with colleagues and management.

We pride ourselves on delivering complex care to our residents, and as a Registered Nurse, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve this goal.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Active UK NMC Registration: You must hold active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) to be eligible for this role.
* Minimum 6 Months Nursing Experience: We require candidates with a minimum of 6 months nursing experience, preferably in a care home environment.
* Prior Experience Working with Learning Disabilities: Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or complex needs is highly desirable.
