The future for both BFree and the category is exciting To reinforce the growth mission and drive breakthrough innovation were looking for a passionate, experienced Concept / Test Baker to strengthen our in-house bakery expertise. Reporting to the Head of Food, youll proactively lead the technological development of recipes, products, processes and packaging. As a relentless bakery experimenter, your desire to bring the outside in and effect change to deliver the best possible products will be called on from day 1 From bakery concept development and R&D trials through to machinery innovation, technology and troubleshooting, this is a broad, highly creative remit that will see you liaise with multiple internal functions, external suppliers, co manufacturers and research bodies. It goes without saying that significant local and international travel will be key to your success. Were keen to talk to creative, commercial, R&D focused Bakers with a solid track record in large scale bread bakery, ideally reinforced by an advanced food science / tech qualification. A strong interest / working experience in gluten-free would be an advantage.
