Front Office Manager Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of reception and its staff, including staff training and development, reviewing standard operating procedures from the department, managing group reservations, and collaborating with other departments such as Sales and Revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational management of reception and its team
* Staff upskilling and reskilling
* Reviewing and optimizing SOPs
* Group reservation coordination
* Interdepartmental collaboration
Requirements:
* A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
* Preferable experience in a hotel environment
* Familiarity with OTA Extranets is advantageous
* Working knowledge of Hotsoft System preferred
