We are currently looking for a Groundworks Foreperson for our large scale residential project in Swords, County Dublin.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
* Oversee risks, contracts, operations, and communications to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
* Lead design and site teams, manage performance and budgets, and ensure alignment with the contract program
* Resolve technical issues, produce high-quality calculations, and support civil works completion
* Plan labor, materials, and plant resources; monitor costing, billing, and assist with valuations
* Ensure legal and procedural compliance for safe construction practices
* Maintain project records, trackers, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Requirements
* Degree/Higher Diploma/HETAC qualification (or relevant trade experience)
* Significant site management experience on residential projects
* Background in residential developments essential
* Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
* A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects
* Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical nature are key
* The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated
