Job Title
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Van Sales Representative to join our team.
As a Van Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company when interacting with store managers. Your primary responsibility will be to sell and merchandise all products and brands within your designated geographical area. You will also be responsible for supporting the delivery of sales drives, servicing customers, and influencing ordering at store level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets by developing and delivering sales plans
• Build relationships with retail stakeholders, including managers and staff
• Merchandise products in-store to maximise sales potential
• Identify and capitalise on business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales and marketing objectives
Requirements
• Full valid category B driving license
• Advanced influencing skills with evidence of delivering influence selling in a previous position or role
• Demonstrated skills in achieving sales growth through new business and organic growth means
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to articulate complex commercial offers and deals backed up by marketing messages
