**Clinical Operations Leader Position**

This role is a leadership position that oversees the design and delivery of systemic psychotherapy clinical services to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, developing strategic plans, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Manage and coordinate clinical services
\
2. Recruit, train, supervise, and support staff
\
3. Oversee governance and risk issues
\
4. Develop reports and updates for stakeholders
\
5. Liaise with referral agencies and external partners
\
6. Monitor clinical risk and ensure compliance with regulations
\
7. Lead the development of new clinical opportunities
\
8. Collaborate with the training department to plan clinical requirements
\
9. Ensure excellent communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
\
10. Review and assess clinical referrals in cooperation with the Clinical Operations Manager
\
11. Participate in the preparation of tenders and proposals to potential corporate service users
\
12. Manage referrals for MSc Live Training Teams with the Clinical Operations Manager and the Training Department
\
13. Responsible for gathering and managing client data and respond to Data protection and Freedom of Information requests
\
14. Designated Liaison Person (DLP) for Tusla with overall responsibility for monitoring and reporting child protection issues
\
15. Maintain high standards of service delivery attending in particular to regulatory environments of clinical service provision
\
16. Ensure all clinical policies and procedures are current, disseminated and adhered to by therapists
\
17. Liaise with referral agencies e.g the courts, TUSLA, HSE etc
\
18. Review all external correspondence from therapists to clients, GP's etc
\
19. Keep up to date on current regulations governing Psychotherapy practice
\
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
\
\
20. Qualified in MSc Systemic Psychotherapy / Family Therapy
\
21. Registered with the Family Therapy Association of Ireland (FTAI) and Irish Council of Psychotherapy (ICP)
\
22. 3 years post qualification experience
\
