Lead Mechanical Designer

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering, with expertise in designing and leading complex projects from concept to completion.

* Design and develop innovative mechanical systems for commercial, residential, and healthcare projects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
* At least 7 years of experience in leading mechanical design projects for commercial, residential, or healthcare sectors.
* Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
