To continue the successful growth of our Capital Projects Delivery team within EY’s Consulting practice, we are looking for experienced, motivated Contract Managers who have previously worked in construction projects, to join our team. In this role, you will oversee contract management activities for construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring contractual obligations are met, managing risks, and maximizing project success.

Our Capital Programme Delivery (CPD) team is part of the Transformation Delivery (TD) competency within EY’s Irish Consulting practice. We are committed to delivering exceptional services across sectors such as energy, utilities, transport, housing, and healthcare.

Your key responsibilities
We are hiring Contract Managers with backgrounds in engineering, construction, law, or related fields to support our growth. Your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with clients to develop innovative contract solutions
* Developing and managing contract management plans
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
* Monitoring compliance and managing risks
* Handling contract changes, variations, and claims
* Building strong relationships with external partners
* Tracking performance and reporting
Internal Responsibilities
* Supporting client account management and team development
* Building relationships and contributing to business growth
* Mentoring and coaching team members
Skills required
* Degree in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Law, or related field
* Experience in contract management and administration
Ideal candidates will have
* Experience in consulting or client-facing roles
* Multidisciplinary project experience
* Strong understanding of contract principles and dispute resolution
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Organizational skills and attention to detail
