The Sales & Cider Production Manager will oversee day-to-day cider production, blending, and quality management while managing sales channels, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.Additionally, the role involves inventory management, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and participating in industry events to promote Killahora's brand and products. Collaboration with the team to align production priorities with business goals is key.We are currently looking at whether a full-time role engaged in production and operation would suit a single candidate or whether multiple part-time roles would be more optimal - the decision will be based on candidates suitability and take their preference into accountQualificationsExperience in cider or beverage production, including blending, fermentation, and tastingStrong sales, business development, and relationship management skills within the food and beverage industryProficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and logistical coordinationGreat organizational skills with a detail-oriented approachAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environmentInteracting with accountants on VAT / sales and completing duty returns etc.Passion for artisanal beverages and understanding of the craft beverage marketExperience in marketing, events, or promotional activities is an advantageRelevant background in food science, brewing, or a related field is preferredValid driving license necessary, and own transport preferred Seasonal orchard work (Pressing & pruning) with assistance from existing orchard/production resources
