Human Resources Generalist Job Opportunity
The ideal candidate will support the entire scope of Human Resources responsibilities and collaborate with the organization on strategic initiatives.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies, programs, and practices to maintain and enhance the organization's human resources capabilities.
* Recruit, select, and onboard new hires.
* Conduct performance management and provide regular feedback.
* Manage Payroll and employee benefits.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
* Establish and maintain strong, credible relationships with Management and colleagues.
* Offer accurate and expert advice to Managers on all aspects of people-management while following best practice, internal policies, complying with legislation, and ensuring consistency across all facets of the business.
