Main Duties
You will support the Finance System Project Manager by providing essential administrative and coordination support, including:
Maintaining project plans, trackers, risk & issue logs, and governance documentation
Assisting with project reporting and progress updates
Organising meetings, including project boards, and preparing accurate minutes
Ensuring key documentation is managed effectively and updated regularly
Providing general administrative support to keep the project running smoothly
Essential Criteria
To be considered, you must have:
Two GCSEs, including Maths and English (Grade C or equivalent)
At least 6 months’ experience in an administrative support role
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with colleagues and external
