Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling golf and resort facilities. Key responsibilities include managing guest golf requests, providing expert knowledge on local golf courses, and assisting with travel arrangements. Additionally, they will be expected to maintain the highest standards of guest care and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate golf bookings and related logistics
* Provide expert knowledge on local golf courses and other non-golf experiences
* Assist with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of resort facilities and actively promote them to maximize sales opportunities
Quality Standards:
The ideal candidate must carry out tasks in accordance with resort policies and procedures. They will also be expected to have full knowledge of and act upon resort Fire and Health and Safety Procedures.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. You must also be able to multitask, network effectively, and provide exceptional customer service.
