Rolor Commercials Ltd is a small family run business.
We have a position available for a CVRT centre administrator in our busy test centre.
The job is 39h over 4 days from Tue to Friday.
The role involves managing all aspects of the CVRT centre administration.
* Manage booking diary, take customer bookings over the phone and in person.
* Allocate tests and other work to CVR Testers
* Check in customers for CVR Test and enter details in RSA Covis system.
* Answer phone calls and emails redirect if necessary
* Invoicing of CVRT tests and other work to customer and taking payment.
* Maintaining required records for RSA and NSAI requirements
* Operation of RSA Covis computer system and inhouse Autoview computer system.
* Full training on all systems will be provided.
* Job Type: Full time / Permanent / Tuesday to Friday 7am to 5:30pm daily
The ideal Candidate :
* Experience: Office or administration: 2 years (preferred)
* Excellent Customer Service Skills

Pay: €32,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
