Your Role
Lead a team of analog and mixed signal design engineers, driving innovation and excellence
Provide technical vision for competitive automotive converter and precision analog solutions
Define and execute the strategic IP roadmap with cross functional teams
Lead the design and delivery of high quality analog and mixed signal IPs for automotive microcontrollers, meeting stringent safety and quality standards
Drive innovation in IP design with novel methodologies, tools, and technologies
Provide clear communication on progress, challenges, and resource needs
Have technical and management responsibility for the team, including people management tasks
Collaborate with Infineon organisations across sites, fostering global collaboration and supporting multisite projects
Your Profile
Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related field
At least 10 years of professional experience in analog design with a strong focus on IP development
Understanding of analog design flows and tools (e.g., Cadence, Mentor)
Strong understanding of IP level verification environments and methodologies
Experience working within an SoC architecture
Proven leadership experience, managing teams of design engineers in a high performance environmentExcellent communication skills with the ability to easily transmit your ideas or proposals in both verbal and written forms
Fluent English
