Sales Account Manager

Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to support clients and manage sales activities. The responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager include maintaining client relationships, overseeing the sales process, and acting as a point of contact.
To be successful, you should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of CRM software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Ultimately, a quality candidate should demonstrate great customer service skills, strong business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
You will join an experienced team of B2B sales professionals and get every opportunity to progress rapidly by demonstrating your skills, aptitude, application, and ability to be a major contributor to our team.

Your Responsibilities
* Qualifying, developing, and creating new sales prospects
* Managing a large portfolio of business clients
* Tracking and monitoring sales performance based on agreed KPIs
* Establishing good rapport with clients.
* Preparing reports on accounts and transactions.
* Must haves
* 5 years+ proven experience in a Senior Sales role
* Excellent attention to detail and active listening
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Knowledge of sales metrics.
* Ability to problem-solve.
* Familiarity with office management procedures
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Office management software
