About the Role
As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world‑class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide an exceptional guest experience to all colleagues and guests visiting the site.
* Ensure that all event spaces are ready to go each day as per the booking requirements.
* Have total ownership of events and assigned floors and surrounding areas to ensure the best work experience.
* Collaborate with IT, maintenance, cleaning and other key departments to ensure timely delivery of event requirements and in reporting and closing out of tickets and jobs.
* Develop and maintain fantastic communication with key colleagues & stakeholders.
* Foster and live a team spirit culture; attend daily meetings to ensure all departments communicate. Report on key events and work in collaboration with the team.
* Manage event planning and delivery end to end.
* Support the Contract Manager in the management of all sub‑contracted services and ensure all services provided are resourced and maintained to a high standard and within the client’s guidelines (including competent completion of inductions, ATWs, DRAs when required).
* Report health and safety hazards and raise tickets on the ticketing system.
* General safe manual handling when required.
* Support the Contract Manager in monitoring services and suppliers and ensure the required standards are maintained, achieving SLA’s & KPIs, while ensuring site compliance with current Health & Safety legislation at all times (including work rite, fire rite, first aid and fire wardens).
* Ensure all building communication from an events standpoint is up to date and in line with client expectations.
* Become a Moves and Changes liaison, organising to provide portering and planning support when required.
* Familiarise with the front desk roles to provide cover as and when required.
* Ad‑hoc admin duties.
* Drive positive feedback and log same.
* Complete all E Learning modules on time without manager escalation.
* Gather data for client and CBRE reporting.
* Attend meetings where needed.
What You’ll Need
* Up to 2 years of job‑related experience.
* Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
* Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
* Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
