We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at a luxurious 5-star hotel in Co. Kildare.
About the Role:
1. This is a senior leadership position that requires a high level of expertise and experience in managing fine dining restaurants.
2. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of quality, and leading a team to achieve outstanding results.
3. Experience working with AA Rosettes is highly desirable, but not essential.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
