We are currently seeking to a Senior H&S Advisor to join a leading contractor in Dublin to join a major high tech construction project. Our client's Life Science and Tech division is looking for this Senior H&S advisor to ideally have a minimum of 6 years experience.

Responsibilities
11. Exhibit strong leadership capabilities.
12. Support the BU HSE Manager in rolling out company strategies and standards.
13. Conduct detailed safety inspections and risk assessments.
14. Investigate incidents and communicate with enforcement authorities as needed.
15. Customize management systems to meet specific client requirements with approval.
16. Notify the line manager of any safety concerns or compliance issues.
17. Assist in tender and pre-qualification submissions with health and safety advice.
18. Participate in Start-Up meetings and other relevant gatherings.
19. Train and coach staff on health and safety standards and system use.
20. Encourage innovative safety practices and deliver appropriate training.
21. Share expertise in environmental principles and management.
Requirements
22. Minimum 6 years in the construction industry, preferably in Pharma.
23. At least 6 years of experience as a health and safety professional.
24. Previous experience within M&E projects is essential.
25. Skilled in identifying root causes and leading improvement initiatives.
26. Effective and confident in delivering training.
27. Strong time management and organizational skills.
28. NEBOSH Construction Diploma or equivalent.
29. NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
30. NVQ Level 4 / EFQ Level 5 in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
31. Certification as an Internal Auditor.
