The role ensures that construction projects are properly registered, inspected, documented, and certified to achieve legal compliance and successful project completion.Key ResponsibilitiesBCAR & Regulatory Compliance· Coordinate BCAR processes from project commencement through to completion· Manage material submittals in line with project and regulatory requirementsDocumentation & Record ManagementMaintain accurate BCAR documentation including:Commencement NoticesInspection PlansAncillary Certificates TrackersCertificates of Compliance (Design & Completion)Fire and other statutory certs requiredTrack receipt of certificates from consultants, subcontractors, and suppliersChair and minute regular BCAR meetingsProactively chase outstanding certificates as works are completed and liaise with the Quantity Surveying team to obtain the required documentationCoordination & CommunicationLiaise with Assigned Certifiers, engineers, architects, surveyors, and subcontractorsSupport project teams with BCAR-related queries and requirementsFollow up on outstanding documentationProofread all certifications to ensure information is accurate and completeProject Close-OutAssist with compliance audits and inspectionsSupport handover of BCAR files to clients and asset managersQualifications & ExperienceRelevant qualification in construction, engineering, architecture, or administration (preferred)Previous experience in a BCAR, document control, or construction administration roleFamiliarity with certification processesKnowledge of Irish building regulations (essential)DesirableExperience working with main contractors or consulting engineersUnderstanding of construction sequencing and inspection stagesExperience on residential, commercial, or mixed-use developmentsJob Type: Full-timePay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
