Job Title: Fitness Instructor (Part‑Time).
Responsibilities
Meet, greet, assess and design results‑driven fitness programs for members.
Enforce retention targets and engage with members regularly.
Coach, teach and inspire a positive fitness outlook.
Deliver Group Fitness Branded Classes at the highest standards.
Carry out administrative tasks related to the role.
Maintain cleaning and gym maintenance.
Represent Aura with a professional attitude and be a positive influence.
Attend mandatory meetings, training sessions and maintain health and safety standards.
Enforce gym policies, procedures and etiquette.
Qualifications
EQF Level 3 or RQF Level 2 Fitness Instructor Certificate, or equivalent.
Group Fitness or Exercise to Music Certificate.
Positive attitude and genuine passion for fitness coaching.
Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
Flexibility in hours/days of work.
Fluent in English; legally entitled to work in Ireland.
Desirable: prior experience as a Fitness Instructor.
