CICO Sports is a growing Irish sportswear brand working with clubs and schools nationwide. We are hiring a Digital Club Shop Executive to manage the setup, operation, and customer experience of our online club shops.
This is a hands-on digital role combining e-commerce administration, customer support, and light design work. Previous experience with club shops, teamwear, or similar e-commerce platforms is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up and manage online club shops (Shopify)
* Upload products, pricing, variants
* Manage shop timelines, launches, and deadlines
* Resolve issues and communicate clearly with customers
* Carry out basic design edits using templates
* Coordinate with sales, design, and office teams
Skills & Experience
* Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify,, etc.)
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* Confident communicator (email & phone)
* Basic design experience (Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop or similar)
* Experience managing club shops or teamwear platforms is a major advantage
