We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join the team in our Hickeys Neilstown Pharmacy.This is an 8-hour permanent position with the stores opening hours operating between 9a.m.
to 6p.m.
Monday to Saturday and closed on Sunday.The team currently comprises a Supervising Pharmacist, a Retail Store Manager, 3 Technicians, and 1 Sales Assistant.This store has manageable items and services.We can offer you:Competitive Hourly ratesGreat Colleague DiscountBike to work schemeUniform providedThe responsibilities of the roleBe accurate with excellent attention to detail.To prepare and dispense medicinal products under the supervision of the Pharmacist in a caring and professional manner.Controlling stock levels and ordering medicines as determined by store requirements.Preparation of blister packs and processing and tracking claims.Reporting to and supporting the Pharmacist in a busy dispensary.Requirements:Experience working in a busy dispensary is an advantage, but newly qualified technicians are welcome to apply.Experience with McLernons MPS (an advantage).
