This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract and requires 3 days per week in the Dublin office.
We are looking for a highly motivated Revenue Operations Manager (f/m/x) to support our growth journey as one of the leading SaaS scaleups in Europe. You'll work directly with our teams and gain practical, hands‑on experience in an environment that is both challenging and fun – ideal for those eager to learn, develop, and take every opportunity for growth.
As part of the Global Programs team, you will partner closely with Sales VPs, Revenue Leaders, and RevOps colleagues to solve real business problems, from optimizing our go‑to‑market process to improving sales productivity. This isn’t just reporting; it’s strategic problem‑solving that directly impacts revenue growth.
Role Responsibilities
Program Ownership & Delivery

Take full ownership of cross‑functional GTM programs from scoping through delivery, ensuring workstreams stay on track and stakeholders stay aligned.
Structure ambiguous problems, evaluate options with clear trade‑offs, and deliver recommendations that help senior leaders make better decisions.

Process Design & Optimization

Identify gaps and inefficiencies in how our commercial teams operate, then design and implement scalable processes that improve performance.
Partner with teams across the GTM organization to test, iterate, and roll out new workflows that reduce friction and drive productivity.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

Operate across multiple teams and seniority levels, building trust, managing dependencies, and ensuring a shared understanding of priorities and progress.
Own concise, structured updates to senior GTM leadership, translating program progress into narratives that drive action.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Management Consulting, ideally within or adjacent to B2B SaaS.
Natural cross‑functional operator who thrives when managing multiple workstreams simultaneously across teams with different priorities; you drive outcomes, not just coordinate.
Holistic thinker who considers downstream effects and presents structured options before recommending a path forward; comfortable with ambiguity and making progress without perfect information.
Effective program structure and execution discipline, pulling clarity into complex initiatives and balancing speed with alignment.
Clear and precise communication, whether writing leadership updates, running cross‑functional meetings, or building business cases; tailoring messages to the audience.
Reliability and follow‑through that builds trust across the organization – when you commit, it gets done.
Root‑cause analysis skill: you identify the problem’s core and develop a path to fix it, not just its symptoms.
Comfortable working with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace; a confident power user without needing admin duties.
