We are seeking a Project Controls Lead to join our dynamic team delivering major infrastructure programmes across Ireland. This is a pivotal role for a driven professional who thrives on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of governance and performance.


Responsibilities

* Lead the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules and cost plans.
* Oversee performance measurement, forecasting, and reporting across all project phases.
* Implement and manage earned value management (EVM) systems and tools.
* Identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities.
* Ensure alignment with client requirements and governance frameworks.
* Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
* Mentor and support junior project controls staff.


Requirements

* Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in project controls leadership on large-scale infrastructure projects.
* Strong knowledge of planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost systems.
* Proficiency in earned value management and performance reporting.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience in rail, utilities, or transport infrastructure is highly desirable.
