As a Director of Engineering, you will spearhead and shape the engineering function within our organization.
Responsibilities:
* Develop processes for new products with manufacturability requirements embedded in product design to ensure seamless transitions into manufacturing while achieving set performance criteria.
* Promote lifecycle management by leading innovation and process improvements across internal and external sites, sustain core products through cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and component integrity maintenance.
