We have a position available for a temporary weighbridge administrator in our Agri Supplies business in Ardee Co Louth.
Duties will include.
* Monitoring and responding to customer emails and phone calls.
* Creating dispatch dockets.
* Operating site weighbridge (weighing in/out trucks)
* Liaising with hauliers and customers via phone and email.
* Carrying out end of day checks and reports.
Requirements
* Experience with Computers (Outlook and Excel)
* Training will be provided on company ERP system, candidate should have a good understanding of operating computers.
* Good Communication/Customer Service skills via email and phone.
* Ability to learn and work on own initiative.
Offsite training will provided, this will require approx. 3 days expensed travel to another site.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 weeks
Pay: €15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
