Technical Support Engineer
Our team is seeking a highly skilled professional to provide technical assistance and support.
* Providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and remote/phone support for HVAC and air-handling equipment.
* Supporting commissioning teams and service engineers with diagnostics and system configuration.
* Reviewing technical documentation, drawings, wiring diagrams, and product specifications.
* Working closely with customers, contractors, and consultants to resolve system issues.
* Preparing technical reports, processing support tickets, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Candidates should have a background in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering, a trade background or engineering degree, and understand ventilation systems, AHUs, fans, controls, or related technologies.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
