Location: University of Limerick (Castletroy, Limerick)
Pay: €18.71 per hour (€15.41 base + €3.30 supervisor allowance, plus night and Sunday premiums)
About the Role
Bidvest Noonan is hiring a Campus Duty Supervisor for the beautiful and vibrant 350-acre University of Limerick campus.
In this busy and rewarding role, you will lead the main security control centre, support the smooth running of daily campus operations, and act as a key point of contact for students, staff and visitors. We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive campus environment.

Key Responsibilities

Control Room: Oversee the main security control room and monitor CCTV systems.
Emergency Response: Act as the first point of contact for emergencies.
Community Liaison: Build strong, positive connections with students & staff.
Patrols & Safety: Manage and Monitor internal and external building patrols to ensure complete site security.
Reporting: Write detailed daily reports, incident reports when necessary and review daily occurrence logs.

Requirements (Essential)

Licence: Valid Private Security Authority (PSA) Licence is required.
Driving: Full clean Driver’s Licence.
Experience: Previous work in a security control room with good CCTV and Microsoft Office knowledge.
Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, with a proven ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
Flexibility: Fully prepared to work rotating 12‑hour day and night shifts.
