SUMMARY OF ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and personable Customer Service Executive to join our team, who will also take on the role of Receptionist. This dynamic position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a friendly and professional demeanor when dealing with customers, visitors, and colleagues alike. You will be responsible for both front-line customer service and administrative tasks, ensuring that our office operates smoothly and efficiently.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service Executive:
* Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering solutions.
* Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional attitude when engaging with customers via phone, email, and in person.
* Assist in processing orders, managing customer feedback, and maintaining a customer-focused environment.
* Help manage customer accounts and ensure accurate data entry and updates.
Receptionist / Office Support:
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors, greeting and directing them professionally and courteously.
* Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is always tidy and welcoming.
* Handle incoming calls, take messages, and forward inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
* Order food and beverages for meetings, ensuring timely delivery and quality service.
* Book and prepare meeting rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment (projectors, screens, refreshments) is available and functioning.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.

This position is located Zeus Packaging, Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole, Dublin.

Key Skills & Knowledge and Experience
* Previous experience in customer service or office administration is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask.
* A positive, professional, and friendly demeanor when interacting with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and basic office equipment.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
* A proactive and can-do attitude, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
