Now we need a Sales representative to join our team and fuel our growth.What's the role?As a growing company at the intersection of automotive services and technology, providing innovative garage management solutions and high-quality customer support, we are looking for a Sales representative to be the driving force behind our business success – identifying opportunities, winning new business, and building lasting partnerships with garages and automotive businesses. With your blend of business development know-how, software savvy, and garage industry insight, you'll be perfectly placed to show clients how our solutions can transform their day-to-day operations.Your day-to-day will include:Deliver sales growth through proactive customer engagement, sales funnel management and customer management.Identify, approach, and secure new clients within the garage and automotive sectors.Understand garage challenges and propose software and service solutions that meet their needs.Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to decision-makers within the garage and automotive sectorsBuilding strong relationships with garage owners and decision-makersManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.What we're looking for:Strong knowledge of garage operations: Car Sales (New and Second Hand), Car Service process (Parts management and Car Service workshop).Good knowledge on automotive industry, especially on design, development, manufacturing and innovation.Good knowledge of car manufactures: Toyota, Volkswagen Group, Ford, General Motors, Honda, Hyundai-Kia, Stellantis (Peugeot, Fiat, Chrysler, etc.), Nissan, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz (Daimler).A natural people person – persuasive, positive, and energetic.Proven experience in business development role (B2B preferred).Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Good experience in software sales, SaaS, or technology solutions.Good Computer/IT skills.Full driving licence (preferred)What's in it for you?Competitive salary + commission + perksCompany car/allowance (where applicable)Be part of a forward-thinking team making real impact in the industryA fun, supportive culture that celebrates success.Professional development and training opportunities.Ability to shape our products and services to meet your customer needs.How to Apply:Think you've got the drive, energy, and experience to take this role on?
