IT Manager - EasyGo
The IT Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the IT strategy aligned with business goals, supporting our expansion into the UK market, and leading a high-performing, cross-functional IT team. You’ll ensure that technology supports both operational excellence and commercial success, while maintaining a secure and scalable infrastructure across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
* Develop and implement an IT roadmap aligned with business growth across Ireland and the UK.
* Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities where technology drives business value.
* Lead digital transformation and innovation initiatives to enhance product and service delivery.
Team & Operational Management
* Lead, mentor, and grow the internal IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance.
* Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and service level agreements.
Commercial & Cross-Functional Alignment
* Collaborate with commercial, product, and operations teams to support installation and field service, customer experience, sales platforms, and digital tools.
* Evaluate and deploy solutions that support growth in both B2B and B2C channels.
* Monitor technology trends and assess their potential impact on the business.
Security & Compliance
* Ensure data security, privacy compliance (including GDPR), and cyber risk mitigation across all platforms.
* Lead the organization in the delivery of ISO27001.
* Lead disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and regulatory compliance efforts.
Project & Change Management
* Deliver IT projects on time and within budget, using agile or hybrid methodologies.
* Champion change management initiatives as new systems and processes are introduced.
Required Experience & Skills:
* Minimum 7–10 years of IT leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth or scale-up environment.
* Proven experience managing teams across multiple geographies.
* Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS applications in particular Microsoft Azure or AWS.
* Experience supporting commercial operations, including CRM, ERP, and e-commerce platforms.
* Knowledge of Microsoft stack in particular Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft AD, and the power platform.
* Demonstrated ability to align IT with business objectives in a commercially savvy way.
* Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
