The Activities Coordinator will play a vital role in our Residents lives.We require a Dynamic person who has the ability to develop and organise a range of events activities for our ResidentsAbout The RoleRoles & Responsibilities:Lead engaging activities designed to maintain and improve residents' physical and mental health, including mobility, strength, mental acuity, and social skills.Manage a diverse program of activities, fostering social interaction, creative expression, and continuous learning.Focus on enhancing resident autonomy, confidence, and self-esteem through structured choice and skill recognition.Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to monitor and report on resident engagement and progress.
