As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for delivering top-quality IT talent to our clients in the Irish market. No previous experience in recruitment is required—full training, mentorship, and resources will be provided to set you up for success!

What you Will Do:
* Connect our clients with high-calibre IT talent
* Connect with candidates and build lasting relationships
* Become an expert in a specific IT sector
* Proactively manage your own desk
* Become an account manager
What you will have:
* 1-2 years of experience in telesales (or similar role)
* Phone experience preferable
* Eager to learn and develop in a dynamic work environment
* EU passport or Stamp 4 Visa
