Key Account Manager - NI and Ireland

Join Crown Paints as a Key Account Manager across Northern Ireland and Ireland, driving sales growth for leading retail brands. You will grow market share and strengthen position with group retail customers.
Responsibilities
* Lead commercial activities across the retail channel in Ireland, preparing and completing Business Plans with group customers
* Achieve sales, revenue, and financial objectives while coordinating approved budgets (P&L, promotions)
* Grow core brands in the retail market, leading product launches and promotional activity
* Build strong, trust‑based relationships with accounts, supported by tight collaboration with the wider commercial and marketing teams
* Influence market strategy with insights, forecasts, and account development plans that deliver long‑term growth
Qualifications
* Experience in a Key Account Management position, ideally within similar sectors
* Consistent record of delivering sales growth
* Strong commercial competence with confidence handling budgets and profitability
* CRM system proficiency and solid Microsoft Office skills
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel (including some overnight stays)
* Ability to coach and mentor a sales team
