Strategic HR Leader
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to exercise full autonomy across the HR remit while having the support of the HR consultant and HR administrator and having a clear progression pathway.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including devising job descriptions, posting job adverts, shortlisting, conducting interviews, extending job offers, and completing reference checks.
* Assist in implementing and rolling out new HR systems and processes.
* Lead on employee relations cases, including conducting disciplinaries and grievances.
* Liaise with finance regarding payroll, including notifying them of new starters, leavers, employees going on maternity or paternity leave.
* Provide specialist HR support on queries, including payroll, sickness absence, and holiday entitlement.
* Review and update performance management and absence management processes/procedures.
* Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to comply with current employment legislation and business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a strong understanding of HR best practices.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Professional certifications in HR (e.g., CIPD).
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
