HR Partner Dublin 1 / 14-month contract with excellent hybrid working model Our client is seeking an experiencedHR Partnerto leadLearning & Development, Employee Wellbeing and Equality, Diversity & Inclusioninitiatives on a 14-month contract.
This is a high-impact role with excellent exposure and a strong hybrid working model.
Salary: €60,000 €63,500 The role: Design and deliver learning programmes aligned to business needs, lead organisation-wide wellbeing initiatives and drive EDI activity including Investors in Diversity accreditation.
Contribute to HR communications, policy development and key HR projects.
Key areas of focus Design, delivery and evaluation of L&D programmes Employee Wellbeing strategy and initiatives EDI programmes, engagement events and accreditation HR communications and strategic HR projects The Candidate: HR Degree and CIPD qualification Proven experience delivering L&D initiatives and facilitating learning Experience in EDI/Wellbeing programmes Public sector experience and HRIS exposure Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills High level of discretion and professionalism For more information call Carol on Skills: CIPD HR Degree L& D EDI or Wellbeing HRIS see spec
