What You'll Do
- Lead projects, refine requirements, and coordinate software releases and testing
- Partner with business users, IT teams, and vendors to solve complex challenges
- Analyze large internal and external datasets to support reporting and decision-making
- Review and improve business processes, workflows, and regulatory compliance
- Introduce innovative solutions to improve efficiency and business outcomes
What You Bring
- 6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in Investment Management, preferably Fixed Income
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps
- Advanced SQL skills, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, MS SQL Server), and data analysis experience
- Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have
- Fixed Income product knowledge and regulatory reporting experience
- Jira, Confluence, Python, or OMS systems (Aladdin)
