ICT Services is currently seeking a Level 2 Deskside Support Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Dublin. This position involves working at a customer site in Dublin, initially on a 6-12 month daily rate contract with the possibility of permanence after 1 year.

This role is based at the Dublin 12 office but may vary depending on project and customer demands.
Responsibilities:
* Provide remote and on-site support to end users.
* Troubleshoot PC-related issues via phone, remote tools, or on-site.
* Manage daily technical support and client environments.
* Perform second-level diagnostics and support on hardware, PCs, laptops, handhelds (iOS & Android), and printers.
* Build, configure, and deploy computers, tablets, and handheld devices.
* Re-image PCs and laptops using scripts and installers.
* Install, diagnose, and troubleshoot desktop software to ensure maximum availability.
* Handle on-site hardware repairs.
* Replace hardware according to company refresh policies.
* Manage devices with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
* Deploy software via SCCM.
* Perform remote troubleshooting using tools like TeamViewer and MS Teams.
* Install and configure Citrix Netscaler.
* Manage Office 365 and Adobe licenses and deployments.
* Manage users and groups within Azure Active Directory.
* Utilize Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
* Update asset tracking databases with hardware changes.
* Coordinate with local management on hardware needs.
* Support printers, scanners, and peripherals.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years desktop support experience.
* CompTIA A+ certification.
* Hands-on experience with SCCM.
* Basic networking knowledge, including patching and cabling.
* Extensive knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, MS Office, and Office365.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication skills with customers and management.
