Role Overview This role will be pivotal in the establishment of our estimating and quantity surveying function required to support our continual growth and international market expansion.
Partnering with Executive management, you will develop a robust framework to cater for our expanding market presence and ensure maximum value for Client and Company.
Role Responsibilities: Integrate a best of class function into our current process stream Ensure accurate cost estimates and monitoring/reporting of project expenses Assess, negotiate and manage contracts and variations Support the development of key project schemes Liaise with clients contractors and design teams Job Requirements (including qualification & experience) A third level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a construction related degree 5+ years experience as an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor in the construction field Full project lifecycle management experience Skills: Estimating Quantity Surveying Construction
