Funds Solicitor Opportunity
We are recruiting a Funds Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join a top-tier Asset Management and Investment Funds team in Dublin. The successful candidate will advise leading global asset managers, financial institutions, and investment firms across a broad range of investment structures, including UCITS, ETFs, private equity, hedge funds, and digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise on the structuring and regulation of investment funds (UCITS, ETFs, private equity, hedge funds, and more).
* Manage fund-related transactions from start to finish.
* Draft legal documents including fund constitutive documents and regulatory filings.
* Provide compliance and regulatory guidance for ongoing fund operations.
* Stay current with developments in Irish funds law and international regulations.
Candidate Requirements
* 4+ years PQE in investment funds law.
* Strong technical knowledge of Irish funds law and regulatory frameworks.
* Excellent drafting and transaction management skills.
* Commercially minded with a client-focused approach.
