TerraGlen is devoted to working in partnership with young people, their families, representatives, and others to deliver a specialist, person-centred, and outcome-focused service for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care and assistance to residents as per their individual care plans and instructions by the Centre Management.
* Ensure that the main principles of the National Standards of Residential Child Care (dignity, privacy, choice, safety, realising potential, and equality and diversity) are reflected within the service provided.
* Advise the Social Care Manager of any changes in the young people's needs.
* Support young people in accessing information, in an appropriate format, allowing them to make informed choices.
* Be responsible for ensuring that the young people's care plans and placement plans are implemented through practice.
* Support young people and staff to be aware of all aspects of safety.
* Liaise with the Social Care Manager, Deputy Social Care Manager, Social Care Leader, and staff on issues relating to the centre.
* Set and demonstrate good standards of work practice.
* Adhere to and implement policies and procedures of the company.
* Attend training as required and pertinent to the centre.
* Be accountable for your own actions and personal and professional development.
* Attend and partake in professional supervision.
* Work positively with family members and other professionals.
* Perform any other duties as reasonably requested by your line manager or senior manager relevant to the key responsibilities of the post.
Qualifications
* A minimum Level 7 qualification, preferably in Applied Social Care or a related field.
* A minimum Level 7 in Nursing, Psychology, Teaching, Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, Social Work, Social Sciences, or Youth and Community Work will also be considered.
* A thorough knowledge of the principles and practice of social care.
* Full Driving License.
* Currently undertaking or holding a CORU-recognised Social Care Qualification.
