Recruit Net International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home care and Community care.Read on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead a nursing home in Dublin, Ireland.Other locations hiring CNM roles: Wexford Dublin Kilkenny Tipperary Carlow Wicklow Waterford Cork Responsibilities Ensure that the provision of a high standard of care to the residents and families in Name of Unit is consistent with the mission, vision, values, and strategic plan of the Nursing Home Develop relationships with residents, which facilitates resident autonomy, informed choice, and evidence-based decision-making Promote and maintain resident safety and provide quality care by respecting the privacy, dignity, and rights of the resident Assist residents in maintaining their sense of identity and include them in decision-making whenever possible Ensure the Nursing Home is operated in a manner that respects the age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, family status, civil status, race, religious beliefs and ethnic & cultural background of each resident Plan, assess and deliver resident care that maximises the residents capacity to exercise personal autonomy and choice, together with all members of the Multidisciplinary Care Team.Requirements Eligible to register or currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).Two to three years of minimum appropriate post-registration experience.Post-registration training in dementia care and/or gerontology is very desirable.Leadership, communication, organizational, and clinical expertise that may be demonstrated.
