Our client is a global technology leader looking for an experienced
Partner Development Manager (PDM)
to join their EMEA Partner & Ecosystem team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-impact environment and is passionate about accelerating digital transformation through cloud and AI solutions.
As a PDM, you will manage a portfolio of strategic partners across EMEA, helping them expand their cloud and AI capabilities, drive customer value, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Partner Portfolio Management
* Manage a defined portfolio of partners across EMEA, ensuring alignment to the organisation's solution priorities.
* Drive partner business planning, execution, and performance optimisation.
* Support partners in building scalable, cloud-led offerings.
* Guide partners in integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities (incl. productivity tools, industry solutions, and cloud AI services) into their offerings.
* Promote AI-led use cases—particularly within the Education K–14 segment—to enhance customer value.
* Deliver on revenue, usage, and adoption targets through partner-led sales motions. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across cloud and AI portfolios.
* Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical specialists) to drive partner success.
* Ensure partners adhere to programme standards, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks.
Requirements
* Proven experience in
partner management, channel development, sales
, or
business development
within the tech sector.
* Strong understanding of
cloud technologies
and
AI-driven solutions
.
* Experience managing complex partner relationships across multiple geographies and cultures.
* Fluency in
English and French
(business level required).
* Familiarity with AI-led business models or partner enablement strategies.
* Experience working across EMEA markets; additional language skills are a plus.
* Analytical mindset and ability to use data for strategic decision-making.
* Knowledge of the
Education sector
is an advantage.
