Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, client-facing Project Manager to deliver Cat A & Cat B office fit-out projects across Dublin and South Dublin. The role involves full project responsibility, strong stakeholder management, and coordination of site and design teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary client-facing point of contact throughout the project
*
Manage and coordinate 2 Site Managers, a Design Manager, and a Project QS
*
Oversee programme, cost, quality, and health & safety performance
*
Chair project and site meetings and manage reporting
*
Coordinate design, procurement, and construction activities
*
Ensure compliance with all site, safety, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
*
Proven experience delivering office fit-out projects (Cat A & B)
*
Strong client-facing and leadership skills
*
SMSTS, CSR, and First Aid (or equivalent site-required qualifications)
*
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site staff
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills
