*This role is ready for an immediate start* Your new role as Finishing Foreman Management of all works relating to internals from 2nd fix, including snag lists, finishing, handover works and sub-contractor management Oversee daily site operations and monitor project progress Manage and coordinate site labour, subcontractors, and trades Participate in site meetings and liaise with the wider project team Ensure all works are completed to specification through continuous site inspections Report weekly on project delivery and site performance What you'll need to be successful as Finishing Foreman Previous experience working on apartment developments is essential for this position Trade background Subcontractor management experience Interested?
