Typically, your day to day will involve: Take customer calls and provide a friendly, efficient service.
Enter and process customer orders with accuracy.
Generate invoices and maintain records on internal systems.
Use customer web portals to process transactions and upload information.
Monitor stock levels in partnership with the warehouse team.
Provide support to the sales team on queries and general administration.
It is expected you have at least 12 months experience in a busy customer service or administrative role with strong communication skills, and strong Microsoft office skills.
