Job Title: Store Colleague Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for operational and leadership activity within the store, including coaching and supporting their team to reach full potential, recognising achievements, and proactively managing performance metrics.

* Responsible for both operational and people leadership activities within the store, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives.
* Recruitment, onboarding, pay accuracy, absence management, career progression, and talent retention.
* Member of the senior leadership team, working closely with the store leadership team to achieve collective goals and drive overall success.
* Foster an inclusive and supportive work environment that promotes collaboration and open communication.
* Raise performance through coaching, development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a management role within fast-paced retail grocery, fashion, or home retail sectors.
* Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
* Leadership, recruitment, and development experience, with a focus on talent acquisition and retention.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret sales data and drive performance enhancement.
