Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef and kitchen team in daily food preparation and service
Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
Follow HACCP, food safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
Help with stock rotation, prep lists, and kitchen organisation
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Support a positive and professional kitchen environment
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a professional kitchen
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work well as part of a team
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Flexibility with hours, including weekends
