Requirements: A caring, patient, and empathetic individual who enjoys supporting others.
Minimum of six months experience in a home care role.
Full QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Supportor QQI Care Skills and Care of the Elderly modules.
Eligibility to work in Ireland (we can only consider applicants currently living in Ireland).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Access to a vehicleorthe ability to travel between clients, as this is a home-to-home role.
Your responsibilities will include: Assisting clients with daily routines in accordance with their individual care plans.
Preparing or assisting with meals and beverages.
Supporting with light household duties such as dusting, laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and sanitising touchpoints and communal areas.
Shopping for daily essentials and groceries when required.
Maintaining accurate and detailed care records of your daily activities.
Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
Offering companionship and meaningful social interaction.
